7-Day Colorado Backcountry Discovery Route
The Colorado Backcountry Discovery Route (COBDR) is known around that world as one of the best adventure motorcycle routes in North America. This prestigious ride traverses our great state from South to North, and includes breathtaking high mountain passes, historic abandoned mining villages, and accommodations in some of Colorado’s most famous mountain towns.
Our weeklong ride will depart from four-corners (Colorado’s southern-most point) and end in Steamboat Springs, CO. You have the option of conquering this incredible route individually, with the aid of one of our pre-programmed GPS units.
The COBDR route was created by Backcountry Discovery Routes, a non-profit organization engaged in the establishment and preservation of off-highway routes for adventure and dual-sport motorcyclists. They know and understand that off-highway motorcycling provides an unparalleled experience for adventure-riders. But that experience comes with the responsibility to preserve and maintain our public lands and open spaces.

This route is primarily off-road, and covers rocky, steep terrain that can be challenging for some riders on full sized ADV bikes, but is less challenging on street-legal enduro bikes like our Husqvarna 501s (available for rent).

This all-inclusive tour takes advantage of winding highways and smooth dirt roads, offering you the best Colorado mountain experience! Spanning over eight national forests and countless mountain passes, this ride brings you to ghost towns, mining towns, hot springs, orchards, rivers, and reservoirs.
3-Day Historic Mountain Town Ride
With a mix of dirt and winding paved roads, this dual-sport adventure crosses several Colorado mountain passes and explores unique attractions.
Our ride departs from Buena Vista, CO and instantly delivers you to winding scenic roads, summiting over the tops of mountains, and passing through quaint mountain towns.
2-Day Mining Museum & Ghost Tour Ride
This themed motorcycle tour takes advantage of Colorado’s winding paved roads. This is our smoothest ride which will cover a lot of ground in two days. We will journey alongside rivers, through ranchlands, past mines, and over mountain passes as we are taken back in time.
